Issue Has Been Resolved - Close SR. Observed for several cycles via timing values and historical intersection timing reports. Video detection temporarily blinded in the mornings due to sunlight. Adjusted signal timing to automatically serve westbound approach based on community member feedback every morning. Will continue to monitor operations. Intersection cycling as expected.
