Adopted/Impounded/Surrendered Animal

Attempt Contact -Unable To Leave Message -Close SR. I attempted to call customer, but I was unable to make contact or leave a voice mail. I sent them a text message and an email letting them know that we typically don't offer any veterinary services for pets whose adoption has been finalized. I tried looking at our system to check if there was any indication that we offered the adopter a recheck after the adoption, but I was unable to find the customer in our system with the information they provided. I gave the customer our pet resource center email so they can provide us with additional information so we can find the adoption in our system and let them know that they will likely need to follow up with a veterinarian of choice or to consider returning the cat to the shelter if they are unable to cover the expenses.
