- I have several questions: Does the city of Austin know what’s up with all these unfinished construction projects that are taking so long all over the city? Does the city respect its residents' time, or is it wasted almost on every corner in the city? Is the city hiring traffic engineers who know what they’re doing? And does the city give out contracts to the right contractors that have shame and connotations in them? Thank you!
