Loose Dog

Description

Loose dog. She is very anxious and will not come towards you, she runs away with her tail tucked. I have seen her running around for a few weeks and am unable to catch her. She needs food and probably medical attention. I usually see her in front of 4809 Spring Meadow Cove, and I think someone who lives there is feeding her.
