- Faulty traffic light pattern - left turn from northbound Lamar at Barton Skyway. For the last several months the left turn arrow turns to solid red in the evening despite zero oncoming traffic. For the last 25 years this intersection has worked flawlessly with a flashing yellow and eleven with a simple signal. Please reinstate a flashing yellow left turn arrow for the entire duration of solid green main signal lights.
