- I have a neighbor, whom I have spoken to, that has a dog that barks incessantly when it is outside. I cannot use my backward. The dog is at 11411 Pradera, and is Owned by Richard Mims. Mr. Mims has said his dog "won't stop barking after my wife died", but this dog renders my backyard unusable. I have lived in this home for 9 years, at is has only recently become an issue. My neighbors next to me are also at their wits end, too, from the barking.
