Do Not Recommend Signs or Markings - Close SR. 1/7/26 - Spoke with requestor. Informed requestor that the intersection of Brettonwoods Ln & Rutherford Ln is signalized with pedestrian signal heads and marked crosswalks, and as a result is the safest place to cross. However, pedestrians should always use extreme caution wherever they attempt to enter a roadway where they will encounter vehicles with drivers that may or may not be paying attention to pedestrians and other vehicles that share the road with them. Caller stated concerns regarding vehicles stopping within the marked crosswalks and running red lights. Informed caller that ATPW staff will conduction field review to check condition and visibility of the existing stop bar markings. 1/7/26 - Conducted site visit. Stop bar and crosswalk markings are visible and in good condition.
