I want to address a pressing concern that has been brought to my attention regarding the ongoing situation with a group of individuals residing in our public spaces for an extended period. Over the past three years, this situation has escalated, leading to an accumulation of litter, human waste, and safety hazards that have impacted the well-being of our community and the enjoyment of our parks.
