Traffic Signal - Maintenance

Issue Has Been Resolved - Close SR. Observed for several cycles via timing values and historical intersection timing reports. Intersection was temporarily in emergency vehicle preemption; this signal operation is to support emergency vehicle mobility across the City. While in preemption, signal may cycle outside of standard operation in order to service vehicle. This can result in phases being temporarily suspended or not serviced to accommodate the vehicle. Once vehicle was through the intersection, intersection resumed normal operations. This process may incur additional delay. Intersection cycling as expected. Will continue to monitor operations.
