Class: WORKORDER Created By: Log Type: NO_ISSUE Summary: See details information for summary of related issue Details upon investigation the site location has been listed with and extensive remodel history and is acknowledged that the site has been under city planned construction with urban design and development department and as such parks does not currently have any documentation or informational inquiries on the pre planned cities involvement in my files. Site management staff will have to partner with the allocated project manager for documentation on warranty information regarding fixture repairs/replacements that are currently not functioning. Park electrical department will forward this work order request and information to site staff for there notification and involvement in resolution of lighting fixture issues.
