- On fm969 and Gilbert re Austin tx 78724 at 7am during school hour the traffic signal never turn green, on the Gilbert side of the road exiting the school. This is Creating major safety hazard drivers are running the red light. I Waited for 15 minutes and it never turned green. Light need to be re set specially around 7am
