Issue Has Been Resolved - Close SR. Observed for several cycles via timing values and historical intersection timing report. Pedestrian phases across Congress as indicated by the caller appear functional. When pedestrian phases are active, Congress vehicular demand will be held to allow for pedestrians to safely cross. Intersection cycling as expected. Will continue to monitor operations.
