Issue Has Been Resolved - Close SR. Observed for several cycles via timing values and historical intersection timing report. Northbound and southbound vehicle detectors are broken and slated for repair. Pending repair, maintenance recalls have been pushed to ensure service to northbound and southbound approaches. Signal modification may incur additional delay pending vehicle detection repair. Will continue to monitor operations. Signal cycling as expected.
