- Someone asphalted in a tree along the sidewalk on Kinney Ave between intersection with Margaret and Dexter on east side of the street. If tree is left like this it will die, as it won’t be able to absorb water at the roots.

Referred to 311 For Further Review. On 01/15/2026, I responded to the provided location. Upon arrival, I exited my vehicle and approached the described location. I observed a small tree in the right of way that is already affected by existing impervious cover. There's now a layer of asphalt all the way up to the tree trunk, which is considered an impact. Please forward the complaint to the Public Works/Right away Department.
