- The intersection at 38th & Guadalupe should have automatic pedestrian recall. The beg buttons are old and it is not clear if they work all the time. Additionally, this is a high volume pedestrian area as there are 7 bus stations (including 2 Metro Rapid) where this is the nearest intersection to cross the street.

Issue Has Been Resolved - Close SR. The pedestrian buttons at this signal are not on recall for every cycle for the same reason we use vehicular detection. If the vehicle or pedestrian phases came up every cycle without vehicles or people present, it would create unnecessary delay at the intersection by extending green time to signal phases that are unused.
