Contact Made - Close SR. Job#25489 - - Dog is very skinny and does not have access to food/water/shelter. We got the dog back into its yard and I want to the owner house to speak with them. It appears like no one is living at this address. I posted two notices and will follow up tomorrow. I will send to cruelty for abandonment if no one reaches out tomorrow.
