- Restore the speed bumps on S. 5th from Oltorf to Cumberland. Since their removal when the roads were repaved over a year ago, cars now go 50mph down this quiet residential street. The old speed bump signage is still here but the bumps don’t begin til past Cumberland even though the signage begins at the Oltorf intersection. Even with the new crossings you put in recently, the blind corner at 5th/Juanita is quite scary
