- I live at 7707 S. IH 35 78744 building 7 and the neighbors in apartment 711 have two dogs that are left in a crate on the patio 24 hours a day they spray the crate and dogs with a water hose to clean up the mess we expecting some really cold weather and I really hate for the dogs to be left outside we have made several comments to the apartment complex office and nothing has been done about it.
