Referred to 311 For Further Review. Calling the complainant for more details. This will either go to Austin Energy or urban Forestry. I spoke with the complainant, states that a dead tree feel on the power line at the provided location. The complainant would like someone from Austin Energy take a look at the powerline. She doesn't believe any damage has been done, just wants to make sure.
