- I am reporting an ongoing animal welfare concern. I have been reporting this situation for months. While driving through the area, I observed a Great Dane left outside in the backyard with no shelter. The dog was lying by the back door of the home.Current weather conditions are 32F with a wind chill of 19°F. Due to the cold temperatures and concern for the dog’s immediate safety, I also contacted 911. I request to remain anonymous, as revealing my identity could jeopardize my personal safety.
