Description

Traffic signal too short. Left turn from parmer (eastbound) onto Harris branch going north. Always so many cars piled up trying to turn left between 5-9 pm and there is not enough time to clear the left turn section. There is no left yield option either even though you can clearly see oncoming traffic for a quarter mile.
