Issue Has Been Resolved - Close SR. Work was recently done at this intersection to the video detection. An issue was discovered with the video detection program and has now been rectified. I observed the intersection for multiple cycles and confirmed all movements were properly detected and served when appropriate. We will continue monitoring signal operations at this intersection and make adjustments as needed. Thank you.
