- 4 small dogs are loose in the Bouldin Oaks apartments. 1 (Small back and brown Chihuahua), 1(light brown Chihuahua) 1(black and white rat terrier) 1 over weight pug). They all roam the area but have barked and chased my kids. The dogs will get in front of your car while driving, they have ran off delivery cereirs costing me to not get my deliveries on time. They may have owners in the area but they are never with them or on a leash. I fear these dogs will get hit by a car or injured.
