Description

Loose dog. 2844 Gettysburg. German Short Haired Pointer. Call name is Birdie. Walking my dogs in the evening, woman (owner of dog), opens the door and dog, NOT ON LEAD, rushes my dogs. Happened around 6:15ish. HAVE BODYCAM FOOTAGE TO BACK UP THIS CLAIM. Beyond fed up with dog owners in this city. I don't want this to be a general announcement. Someone from Animal Protection go to this house and inform the woman of the city's leash laws (front yard not fenced, needs to be leashed)!!!
