- Please require the developer (Seco) of the Hangar development between 2222/Avenue F/56th St/Duval to comply with code requirements for keeping trash onsite. There is trash that is clearly construction and food waste from the construction of the site on both sides of 56th St and Avenue F that blows into the North Loop neighborhood every single day. Amanda Wyrick presented at the North Loop NA on Feb. 4, 2026 and suggested I submit the complaint to their division.
