- 2/7/2026 (evening), a video was observed depicting suspected severe animal abuse occurring on a balcony at Seven Apartments, 615 W 7th St, Austin, TX 78701. The footage shows a white male individual with a medium-sized gray-brown dog on a balcony that appears to be several stories above street level.
