- I was hoping to put in a traffic engineering request. Going westbound on FM620 at Parmer, the light cycle is programmed for only a few seconds. It makes going through that intersection problematic. All the other directions of travel are given ample time to go. But this side of the road becomes extremely congested because we are given the least amount of time any priority. Is there any way to extend the light cycle for travel on this side of the road by a few seconds?
