Class: SR Created By: Log Type: CSR_FEEDBACK Summary: Investigation Details Upon investigation, the citizen was contacted and informed me that there's two spots behind her address at 1706 Singleton Ave causing flooding to her property. Watershed has conducted an investigation and there is no history of flooding at this location. The citizen provided information that the new development behind her property and Austin Water Utility did work behind the address and did not properly complete the work causing flooding to her property. She also informed me that she was not given a call back regarding permits for the work being done at the location. Please transfer this service request to Code Enforcement for possible citation and to contact the citizen. (see photos in attachments).
