- Cars parked in bike lane. I commute North on S Congress every day and there are always cars parked in the bike lane. Today was particularly bad with no fewer than 7 cars parked in the bike lane between Cesar Chavez and the Capitol building. What is the point of the bike lane if it is always blocked?
