- There is a large homeless encampment along the northwest corner of my property, on the north side of Lake Creek. There is a tremendous amount of garbage, including open piles of human waste, bicycles, shopping carts, etc. I see large volumes of foot traffic coming and going from the encampment and hear them shouting, yelling, screaming, starting fires and creating a generally unsafe environment. The encampment is less than 1 mile from Forest north elementary school.
