A Parks and Recreation employee operating City vehicle 23B414 (license plate 157 8243) regularly blows large amounts of leaves into the roadway on Comal Street between Nash Hernandez Senior Road & Art Dilly Drive without collecting them. Attaching photos for reference.This appears inconsistent with Austin City Code §93.45, which prohibits discharging yard debris into public st or drains, créatine a hazard I slipped on my bike in this area!
