- At the corner of W 2nd Street and Guadalupe Street, on first level ledge in front of the Austin Rocks sign, I observed multiple deceased birds caught in bird deterrent spikes. It was incredibly disturbing and I encourage you to please look into this. I’ve attached a photo with a pin of the location. I wasn’t able to collect photos of the birds.
