- Intersection at Garfield and Odie needs to be 4 way. East bound traffic on Odie can’t see traffic going northbound Garfield because of crooked road. Intersection could also use crosswalk paint and pedestrian signs, this is a school bus stop. Heavy volume of traffic on weekday morning and afternoon. Improve safety in neighborhood. Higher than expected volume of traffic for the neighborhood roads not designed for this kind of load. Mostly cut through traffic trying to avoid Parmer lane.
