Completed. For Ricky! Awaiting currux activation so all phases are set to max recall. Signal did have max recalls on phase 4 and phase 8 which were removed on 2/18/26 since the ped buttons are still working. The max recalls on phase 4 and phase 8 did cause phase 7 to get completely skipped while they were active.
