Issue Has Been Resolved - Close SR. Increased the video detection sensitivity then monitored the intersection for several cycles to ensure the adjustment is effective. Observed detection working and the eastbound phase getting served when vehicle demand was present. We will continue monitoring signal operations at this intersection and make adjustments as needed.
