Contact Made - Close SR. Job#28430 - - - This is the fourth call for this cat. The callers were ED last night in response. I decided to respond & I located five storm drains in front of the restaurant, Juliet. Using my phone's camera, I was UL it. But there are connecting pipes I can't see into. All callers report lots of meowing. I did not hear any. I left a can of wet food in each storm drain. - TLH - Made Contact - Unable to Locate - Food Provided.
