Issue Has Been Resolved - Close SR. Observed for several cycles via timing values and historical intersection timing reports. There is no southbound left dedicated signal head due to no dedicated southbound lane. Lane assignment and hardware installation would need to be planned in order to incorporate southbound left signal. In addition, southbound approach along San Jacinto is one-way, resulting in no opposing traffic; therefore, southbound signal head not planned due to never opposing traffic. Signal operating as anticipated. Will continue to monitor operations.
