- East on Oltorf St before turning north onto Pleasant Valley Rd the left turn lane stop bar needs to be moved back please. It is dangerous and not enough space when big buses/vehicles are turning right from Pleasant Valley Rd onto Oltorf St. I opened a 311 #25-00165674 last year, the stop bar was moved back but since then it was moved forward and repainted. Can the stop bar be moved back please.
