Class: SR Created By: Log Type: VEG_MAINTENANCE Summary: Pond Flag 638.1 Details *Pond Flag 638.1: * This pond is on our Wildflower Meadow Program and is maintained three times per year: February, August, and November.  Wildflower Meadow ponds do not get maintained between March and July in order for the wildflowers to have a chance to grow, bloom and go to seed.  Trash pick up is part of our contractors duties when maintaining the ponds.   The contractor who does this maintenance last visited this pond on February 4, 2026.  The photos provided for documentation do not indicate any trash was left at the pond.     The wet pond portion of this pond is also maintained three times per year by our wet pond contractor.   The last time this contractor performed maintenance was December 12, 2025.  The contractor reported removing 400 pounds of trash at this time and included photo documentation.   This property is privately owned by Centerstate 99 LTD.  However the pond is maintained by the City of Austin.   Additional trash maintenance outside the scope of our city contracts would have to be arranged with the property owner.     I sent an email to the customer providing the owner's name and address so they could contact them about organizing a volunteer trash pick up at the pond outside of our contractor's services. .
