Field Inspection Conducted - Close SR. Good afternoon Gareth, This is Stephen Barkley with Austin Transportation and Public Works. I am following up on our conversation that took place on March 11. As stated below, we would only apply don't block the box type markings on the street for emergency service vehicle locations such as the Austin Fire Department or the Austin Police Department. There are not any additional improvements we are going to be making to access Sun, Moon & Stars Learning Center at this time. However, I still highly encourage you to explore a route that brings you to the Center from southbound South 1st Street. Thank you again for contacting the City of Austin.
