- A large banner sign at the intersection of St. Johns Ave next to Webb Middle School is blocking visibility of oncoming traffic and pedestrians. Drivers cannot clearly see approaching vehicles unless they pull dangerously close to the roadway. With a school and crosswalk present, this obstruction creates a serious safety hazard for both pedestrians and vehicles. The sign is creating a blind intersection condition and poses a safety risk to pedestrians using the nearby crosswalk.

Referred to 311 For Further Review - Close SR. 3/5/26 - Transportation Engineering Division (TED) has reviewed this request. This request is regarding a sign installed at a private driveway and is obstructing sight distance. The sign appears to be in the COA right of way but cannot be addressed by TED since it is not at the intersection of two city streets. Change SR Type to "Concerns in ROW" and forward to Right of Way Management Division.
