Adopted/Impounded/Surrendered Animal

Contacted Caller Via Phone - Close SR. called customer wanting to know if we knew the reasoning for her dogs impoundment. I told her I wasn't sure and that I wasn't reclaim but I could have them call her back when they free up and she stated she already spoke with someone yesterday. She then just asked us to make sure he goes to a good home. I let her know that if he is still here she can always comeback for him if things change.
