Field Inspection Conducted - Close SR. The primary issue identified is eastbound traffic on Rundell Pl backing up due to southbound vehicles on Bluebonnet Ln blocking the intersection, which prevents vehicles from exiting Rundell Pl consistently. Additionally, vehicles parked in designated no-parking zones along the south curb of Rundell Pl are contributing to congestion by forcing eastbound drivers to queue in the middle of the roadway. We recommend reminding parents not to park or wait in posted no-parking zones. To further improve traffic flow, TPW will install a "Do Not Block Intersection" sign for southbound traffic on Bluebonnet Ln, which should help facilitate more consistent movement of vehicles exiting Rundell Pl. Similarly to traffic operations at other schools around the City, some level of congestion during peak drop-off and pick-up times is expected.
