Description

Walking signals stop working towards night! They stay with “Do Not Cross” red hand all up until seemingly early morning to good afternoon, then during nighttime it just gets stuck with “Red/Stop Hand.” When you try to press the button to cross also, it is not responsive, it appears death, from at least one side of the crosswalk, maybe both, so please check. I included photos for you to see. It is at the intersection of Elmont and S Pleasant Valley. A picture below will tell you what side.
