An investigation determined that the water ponding at this location is classified as Nuisance Ponding, as it is not causing a hazard. We have added it to our tracking systems. Although there are no immediate plans for such work, these reports will provide us with vital information when we begin to analyze future alternatives in this area. There are currently approximately 6,000 unique ponding water reports in the City of Austin right of way. The city prioritizes projects to address these localized ponding issues based on severity and the number of instances in any given area. Unfortunately, the city cannot address this location at this time. We will continue to monitor. With further issues or questions, please call 311.
