Issue Has Been Resolved - Close SR. Modified the AM plan to always serve the eastbound movement during each cycle. This should ensure that no school busses get stuck in the right lane while waiting for a green. This intersection currently uses LOOPS detection but is now on the list to receive video detection. Until video detection is installed this intersection will continue to run the modified AM plan. Thank you.
