My name is Stephen Barkley and I am responding to your 311-service request regarding a view obstruction caused by a recently installed fence located at 752 Pedernales Street. I conducted a field visit to this location on March 10, 2026. While I was there I was able to drive down Webberville Road towards Pedernales Street and stop at the stop sign to ensure there were no pedestrians and was then able to slowly pull forward past the stop sign and view traffic traveling along Pedernales Street in both directions. In short, the fence located at 752 Pedernales Street does not constitute a view obstruction because after stopping at the stop sign to ensure there are no pedestrians, you are able to slowly pull forward up to Pedernales Street and view traffic without your view being obstructed by the fence.
