Description

Band playing at full volume outside on a weeknight. How are we supposed to have jobs? It would be helpful to know what the ordinance is so we know that to expect. It is past 10 on a Wednesday night and we can hear every word, full blast, to the point that we can’t even have a conversation in our own home.
