- One of your city street speed management employees has had an obvious fever-dream and decided to see what would happen if they put SIX stop signs at a FOUR way stop at Harris Branch Parkway and Farmhaven. Are you punishing the people who live in this neighborhood for daring to ask that drivers not break the sound barrier down Harris Branch Parkway? By taking away the turn lanes??? The only small slice of relief we once had to escape the long lines of traffic, which are now longer? Take it back
