Contacted - Provided Information - Close SR. The customer was unable to call for an inspection due to either expired mechanical license or an unpaid invoice I let her know that Business Trades and Contractor's Services team Is unavailable today She will need to contact them on Monday to determine if they have received the updated information reactivate her license in our system. I also gave her the phone number for the cashier's office so she could pay the invoice and explained to her that she would have to wait until the Business Trades and Contractor's Services team activated.
